OSSAA Part I Football Test (NFHS)
Now located on the NFHS Exams site. You must register for an account and then you may take the test.
The NFHS Part I Football Test is required each year and must be completed by August 25th annually.
(50 questions, passing score is 76% or better)

If you do not complete the test with a passing score by August 28th (Week 0), you cannot be considered for game assignments, and you will not placed on the Eligible Officials List by the OSSAA (until your test is complete).
You MUST complete and pass this test to be considered for Playoff Series assignments by the OSSAA.
