It's time to begin getting your annual registration information together for the association and the state. Don't forget that the OSSAA will NOT mail you a registration form. You must download it, complete it and send it in with your fees to fulfill your registration/enrollment requirements for the state.
If you are planning not to officiate this year, please inform Mark McClendon so that he can update the association records and inform the assignment committee.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ENROLLMENT:
We will be sending enrollment forms through postal mail this year as we have done in the past as well as having the form available for download below. You must send your enrollment fee and form to the GTOA via postal mail.
Below, you will find our enrollment forms. You may print them, complete them and send in your fees with the forms. Please send your GTOA registration form/fee to the address listed on the GTOA form (NOTE: OSSAA registration is now on-line through their website and no forms will be sent by mail and registration MUST be completed on-line).
